The SCAPA HB60 HM is a range of fully automatic shear press channel recycling waste balers, both designed and built in-house at our factory in Somerset.

These baling machines have a 60 t press force. They are robust, in addition to being designed for easy maintenance. They are perfect for most locations due to the low headroom and small footprint. They are ideal for all types of material, especially plastics.

The balers produce mill size bales of 720mm by 1100mm. In order to optimise stability, alongside improving ease of transport, each bale is given five wire straps by our in-house manufactured, well proven, hydraulic tying system.
