Conveyor Refurbishment
We quite often install new equipment on a part exchange basis. We would offer a fair price for the old equipment against new based on its condition and whether it is reusable.
Before
Refurbishment
We believe it is important to recycle any re-usable parts to help reduce the waste within the industry.
After
Refurbishment
As you can see, we do more than just a paint job. We bring used products back from scrap to fully functioning.
When the old equipment comes back to our workshop, for instance a conveyor, we would clean it down, re-check its condition and functionality. From there we then strip it right down to its component parts and rebuild from scratch, using new items from stock, where required. This could and would include, shafts, sprockets, chain, belt, side skirts, side panels, belly panels, motors and gearboxes, wiring safety devices, etc. when finished it would look as good as new and cost considerably less too.
